Male workers in Dong Nai actively participate in trade union activities, passionate about charity

Nguyen Duc Hung (born in 1991) is a worker at Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai city)

After more than 15 years of attachment, in addition to completing his professional work well, Mr. Hung also actively participates in trade union activities, supports communication of programs to care for workers, and contributes to connecting information between the trade union organization and union members and workers.

Hung participated in building and developing the worker community communication channel "What's fun about workers" attracting more than 123,000 followers, becoming one of the worker community information channels with great spread in the locality.

The channel is not only a place to provide useful information for workers but also a bridge between workers and trade union organizations, contributing to spreading positive values, solidarity, mutual affection and raising legal awareness among workers.

In addition, Hung is also a person with a passion for charity, helping people in difficult circumstances.

Sharing with a reporter from Lao Dong newspaper, Hung said that about 8 years ago, Mr. Hung and a group of workers had a common idea of helping uncles and aunts who worked as freelancers at night because they realized their circumstances were very difficult and their income was precarious. Mr. Hung also mobilized donations to help children of workers in difficult circumstances and with dangerous diseases from contributions from workers inside and outside Chang Shin Company.

A memorable memory for Mr. Hung is that in 2025, he actively participated in mobilizing, connecting and calling for community participation to support children with dangerous diseases, workers with serious illnesses and families in particularly difficult circumstances with more than 1 billion VND. This work contributed to helping many cases overcome difficulties, have more conditions for treatment and stabilize their lives. Typically, he mobilized to hand over more than 30 million VND to the family of baby B.T. who has blood cancer; more than 25.5 million VND for baby T.V. D. who has cerebral palsy...

Mr. Hung is also an active member of the House Repair Team for workers in difficult circumstances established by the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. To date, dozens of houses have been supported.

Dang Tuan Tu assessed that Mr. Hung is a very friendly, enthusiastic person and has made many contributions to the company's trade union activities from propaganda, care, to sports activities...
