At Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., the company's grassroots trade union organizes classes to improve cultural qualifications for workers from grades 9 to 12; The grassroots trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company organizes free cultural supplementary training programs for workers from grades 6 to 12.

In addition, TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company also organizes classes such as: English, Korean, Informatics, Yoga for management staff; deploys teaching skills classes for hundreds of internal lecturers from departments to teach in courses; many workers after graduation are arranged to hold management positions, thereby income and life are increasingly improved and enhanced.

Skills upgrade exam helps workers improve their qualifications

To improve skills for workers, the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd.
