Nghe An enterprise needs to recruit nearly 9,000 workers

DUY CHƯƠNG (báo lao động) 24/10/2026 18:26 (GMT+7)

Nghe An - In October 2026, 68 businesses registered to recruit 8,974 workers, concentrated in the fields of manufacturing, construction and services.

On October 24, according to the recruitment demand report for October 2026 of Nghe An Employment Service Center, 68 businesses in the area registered to recruit a total of 8,974 workers.

Recruitment demand is concentrated in the fields of electronics, garment, footwear, construction and services, with many positions from general laborers, production workers to technicians and office workers.

Notably, some businesses have a large recruitment demand such as Luxshare ICT & Merry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) needing to recruit 3,550 workers; Dacinco Construction Investment Co., Ltd. recruiting 1,300 people; Hiep Khon Shoe Co., Ltd. and Sky Dragon Vietnam Co., Ltd., each unit recruiting 1,000 people.

Regarding income, depending on the position and job requirements, some general labor positions have an income of about 9 - 15 million VND/month, while technical and professional positions may be higher.

The large recruitment demand opens up job opportunities for workers in the area, especially those returning to their hometowns after working in provinces, cities or abroad.

However, despite high recruitment demand, many businesses still face difficulties in finding suitable human resources. Connecting labor supply and demand requires coordination between functional agencies, businesses and local authorities.

To support workers in finding jobs, in October 2026, the Nghe An Employment Service Center coordinated to organize 17 job transaction events, attracting 62 businesses and 1,644 workers to participate.

Through transaction sessions, employees have access to recruitment information, learn about salary levels, working conditions, and directly exchange and interview businesses with recruitment needs.

To improve the effectiveness of job connection, localities need to proactively grasp the needs of workers, especially returning workers. In addition, businesses need to publicly and transparently disclose recruitment information, improve remuneration and working environment to attract and retain workers.

It is expected that on October 31, 2026, the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province will coordinate with the People's Committee of Tay Hieu ward to organize a Job Fair, with the participation of about 15 - 20 businesses, recruiting units and 1,200 - 1,500 workers and students.

The program will organize career counseling activities, job introductions, receiving applications and direct interviews, contributing to creating more opportunities for workers to find suitable jobs and stabilize their lives right in their hometowns.
