The program attracted about 200 workers from 7 villages in Tra Tan commune to participate.

There are 11 participating units, including domestic labor recruitment enterprises, units sending workers to work abroad under contracts, and vocational training institutions.

At the transaction session, workers were consulted on career orientation, learned about recruitment needs, job positions, salaries and related regimes and policies.

Information about conditions, costs and opportunities to work abroad under contract is also provided directly for people to consider and choose appropriately.

The program prioritizes supporting people from poor households, near-poor households, newly escaped poor households, families in difficult circumstances and ethnic minorities to access labor market information.

The job transaction session is a bridge between the government, businesses and workers, contributing to expanding job search opportunities, increasing income, promoting sustainable poverty reduction and ensuring social security in the locality.
