TH 2026 Young Talent Award: Connecting lecture halls with professional practice

Continuing the success of the competition at Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College (held in May 2026), the TH 2026 Young Talent Award continues to make memorable marks at Vinh University of Technology and Engineering at the end of September.

This competition brings a practical playground for students of engineering majors of Vinh University of Technology. The exams focus on solving technical problems, actual maintenance at TH, helping students apply professional knowledge, promote creative thinking, analytical ability and situation handling. With the advice of lecturers from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical - Electronics, and the support and guidance of experts and TH engineers, students have the opportunity to access modern production processes, learn about the real working environment and accumulate experience, thereby expanding career development opportunities in the future.

This is the second year that the TH Young Talent Award playground is organized by TH Group - the unit owning the TH true MILK fresh milk brand - in coordination with universities and colleges to create an environment for students to apply professional knowledge to practice, practice professional skills, creative thinking, teamwork ability and solve technical problems.

The program is accompanied by the For Vietnamese Stature Fund within the framework of the Student Development Initiative (DynaGen Initiative) implemented by TH Group, BAC A BANK and Education & Times Newspaper.

From participating in the contest, students have the opportunity to accumulate many useful knowledge associated with business practice, thereby contributing to building a career for the future. The clearest proof is that many contestants who came out of the previous year's contest are now working at the farm and factory system of TH Group, many people are assigned to take key positions in technical departments.

TH accompanies young human resource development

Appreciating this useful playground, Dr. Thai Huu Nguyen - Vice Rector of Vinh University of Technology and Engineering shared: "The companionship of TH Group not only creates conditions for the competition to be organized practically and effectively, but also shows the business's concern for training and developing young human resources. The school appreciates those contributions and considers this a specific proof of the effectiveness of the connection between the school and the business in the process of human resource training.

Talking to school officials, Ms. Luu Thi Thu Hien - Deputy General Director of TH Dairy Food Joint Stock Company affirmed her commitment that TH will continue to accompany the School and students to share knowledge as well as practical experience.

We want to create conditions to help narrow the gap between lecture theory and the real working environment, thereby supporting students to turn creative ideas into feasible solutions to business problems, creating solid luggage for their future careers" - Ms. Thu Hien said at the closing ceremony of the program.

TH Young Talent Award is part of the TH Group's series of activities to accompany educational institutions in the journey of training and developing young human resources, especially in localities where TH has economic projects. Earlier this year, in Quang Ngai, TH signed a cooperation agreement with Kon Tum College and Da Nang University Branch in Kon Tum to coordinate in improving training quality associated with practical needs, creating conditions for students to intern, access the working environment at businesses and expand job opportunities after graduation.
