Quang Ninh City recruits 228 civil servants in 2026

According to the plan, the total recruitment target is 228, including separate recruitment positions for each agency, general recruitment for many agencies and separate recruitment positions for ethnic minorities.

In which, the city recruits 196 targets at 185 separate job positions of each agency; 26 targets at 26 general recruitment job positions for many agencies using civil servants. The remaining targets are for separate recruitment positions for ethnic minorities.

According to statistics, as of September 15, 2026, the total number of staff assigned by agencies in need of civil servant recruitment is 4,432 targets, including 222 reserve targets. The number of staff present is 3,820 targets, while the number of staff not yet used is 390 targets.

The recruitment aims to supplement the contingent of civil servants to meet the task requirements at the city's administrative agencies.

Previously, the Quang Ninh City Party Committee also issued a notice recruiting 56 civil servant targets for the Party bloc, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Quang Ninh City in 2026.

This civil servant recruitment aims to promptly supplement young human resources, who are well-trained, professional, and meet task requirements.

According to the Quang Ninh City Party Committee, the number of staff assigned by agencies with civil servant recruitment needs in 2026 is 1,992 targets (excluding 8 reserve staff).

Currently, the number of staff positions available from agencies in need of civil servant recruitment as of September 15, 2026 is 1,890 targets.

The number of unused staff of agencies in need of civil servant recruitment as of September 15, 2026 is 102 targets (excluding 8 reserve staff).

The number of staff quotas proposed for recruitment this time is 56 quotas (9 quotas for city-level agencies; 47 quotas for communes and wards).
