Laborer creativity helps improve production efficiency
From the creative labor movement, workers' initiatives and technical improvements have helped improve work productivity and efficiency.

The initiative "Improving factory cleaning work with factory sweeping electric vehicles" proposes using specialized electric vehicles to clean floors, collect dust and scrap instead of manual cleaning methods.
The new approach helps work to be done faster, reduces labor and contributes to ensuring the environment and production safety.
Mr. Giap's solution helps reduce 3 workers in one stage, completely eliminate the glue rolling stage to prevent exposed bone, reduce costs by 4,832 VND/piece and shorten 12 hours in the surface cutting and pasting stage. The total profit value is estimated at over 700 million VND.
At Tuyen Quang Steel Co., Ltd., to encourage workers to promote their creativity, this unit has coordinated with the Trade Union to organize the Innovation and Technical Improvement Contest.
From there, individuals, departments, and workshops have the opportunity to introduce solutions from production practice, and choose effective ways to apply them in practice.
Mr. Hoang Anh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Company said that in 2026, the Company will organize a contest with 15 initiatives, focusing on solutions to directly serve production and business activities, reduce labor costs, increase by 2-3 times, and improve production efficiency.
To date, Tuyen Quang province has had 69 initiatives and solutions recognized and applied, with a total benefit value of over 10.8 billion VND.
This shows that when properly encouraged, the intelligence of workers can become an important resource to help businesses reduce costs, improve productivity, quality and competitiveness.
In 2020, the average income of workers in Tuyen Quang only reached 59 million VND/worker, by 2025 it had increased to more than 130 million VND/worker. Many businesses investing in automated machinery and improving processes have helped increase productivity by 5-7% per year, while reducing intermediary costs.
In 2026, Tuyen Quang province set 32 targets, of which gross regional domestic product (GRDP) reached 106,338 billion VND, the growth rate of gross regional domestic product reached 10.17%. The industrial - construction sector increased by 14.87%.
Talking to PV, Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation - said that in the context of integration and the province setting a double-digit growth target, creative labor is not only a driving force but also a decisive factor in improving the productivity, quality and competitiveness of the local economy.
To arouse the spirit of creativity among workers and laborers, Trade Union levels have gradually innovated the content and methods of organizing the "Good Labor - Creative Labor" movement, linking the movement with the production and business tasks of enterprises," Mr. Trieu Tai Phong shared.
Trade unions at all levels also proactively coordinate with businesses to build mechanisms for receiving, evaluating, and rewarding, creating conditions for ideas originating from practice to be quickly applied.
