The journey to conquer the Gold Prize of a studious male worker

Entering the Company in 2023, when he did not have experience in grinding products, after a year of studying and working, in June 2024, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quyen reached the top 4 of the grinding skills competition at TOTO Vietnam. Following that, in August 2025, Mr. Quyen won the Second Prize in the grinding skills competition at TOTO Vietnam. In particular, in November 2025, he won the Gold Prize in the Global grinding skills competition in Japan.

Mr. Quyen's daily work is manual grinding and completion of pot holders and shower head products after processing. From someone without experience to winning many awards, he always focuses on improving his skills, complying with technical standards, controlling the quality of each stage, ensuring the accuracy and aesthetics of the product.

Besides completing tasks well, Mr. Quyen always proactively trains, accumulates experience, improves skills, accuracy and quality of work.

For him, the Gold Prize of the 2025 Global Grinding Skills Competition not only recognizes personal efforts but also affirms the quality of training, training environment and the company's concern for developing vocational skills for workers.

Mr. Quyen shared that the Gold Prize of the grinding skills competition in Japan is a motivation for him to continue to improve his expertise, spread the spirit of "Continuously learning - Constantly improving skills - Constantly improving", encouraging colleagues to actively train, confidently participate in competitions, contributing to affirming the skills of TOTO Vietnamese workers.

Sharing the secret to winning many awards, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quyen said that to become a good worker, first of all, you must do well in small daily tasks, cherish work, constantly learn, improve skills, proactively improve and be ready to support colleagues.
