Spreading the spirit of innovation in businesses
Reality at businesses shows that, although modern equipment and artificial intelligence are increasingly being widely applied, workers still play an important role in detecting problems, proposing ideas and finding solutions suitable to production conditions.
Many initiatives start from close things such as shortening operations, improving a stage, using materials more efficiently or adjusting the operation of equipment.
The value of the initiative lies not only in the profit amount but also in the ability to arouse the spirit of proactiveness, eagerness to learn and innovation in the workforce. An effective idea can become an experience for colleagues to refer to and apply, thereby promoting both the team, the line and the business to improve work efficiency.
In the first 6 months of 2026, Hung Yen province had 3,562 topics and initiatives of workers recognized by all levels and sectors, with a profit value of billions of VND. This result shows that the creative potential in the workforce is being awakened and promoted.
Accompanying workers, Trade Union levels play an important role in launching and organizing emulation movements, coordinating with businesses to create conditions for workers to realize their ideas; and at the same time commend, reward and replicate advanced examples.
Through this, initiatives originating from production practice have more opportunities to be widely applied, creating practical benefits for businesses and workers.
