2-axle mixer initiative from emulation movement helps company increase productivity 1.5 times

On October 17, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that Mr. Pham Vu, Chairman of the grassroots trade union cum Director of the Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing segment of Tazon Joint Stock Company, had just received a Certificate of Merit for Creative Labor from the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

This is one of two individuals in Lam Dong who were commended for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor".

At Tazon Joint Stock Company, the grassroots Trade Union launched the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", encouraging union members to promote initiatives, technical improvements, contributing to improving production efficiency and building sustainable business development.

Union member Nguyen Ngoc Luan, company technician, said that grassroots trade union members have researched and successfully manufactured a 2-axis forced mixing mixer system.

After being put into use, the mixing speed increases by about 1.5 times, helping to shorten production time. Raw materials are mixed more evenly, contributing to improving product quality. The machine operates stably, reducing manual labor intensity and supporting improving working conditions.

According to Mr. Luan, technical improvements have contributed to increasing output and stabilizing the company's revenue. Notably, improved production efficiency also creates conditions to increase income and year-end bonuses for employees, helping workers stabilize their lives and become more attached to the business.

From this reality, Mr. Luan proposed that trade unions at all levels continue to discover, recognize and replicate workers' initiatives, especially solutions that can be applied directly at the grassroots level.

Businesses need to create conditions in terms of time, materials, funding and have appropriate reward regimes for employees to boldly research and experiment.

In addition, training to improve skills and organizing exchanges and sharing experiences between businesses will help many valuable initiatives be applied more widely.

Assessing the initiative at Tazon Joint Stock Company, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Van, Chairwoman of Ham Liem Commune Trade Union, said that grassroots emulation movements are of practical significance when encouraging workers to proactively find solutions to remove difficulties in work.

Improvements stemming from production reality not only help businesses improve productivity and quality but also contribute to reducing labor capacity, improving income and working conditions for workers.

From the perspective of trade union organizations, the launch of emulation needs to be linked to the actual needs of businesses, taking application efficiency as a measure and promptly commending individuals with initiatives. This is also the basis for arousing the spirit of proactiveness and creativity among union members and workers.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that he will continue to focus on emulation movements for good labor, creative labor, and encourage grassroots trade unions to coordinate with businesses to create a favorable environment for workers to propose and apply initiatives.

The discovery, reward and replication of effective models will contribute to improving productivity, product quality, improving income, and strengthening the connection between workers and businesses.
