ABC Vietnam workers propose initiative to improve labor productivity
Hung Yen - More than 200 digital transformation ideas at ABC Vietnam Company, aiming to improve processes, save time and improve production and business efficiency.
Over the past time, ABC Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Doan Dao commune, Hung Yen province has actively launched an innovation movement, encouraging officials, workers, and laborers to proactively seek improvement solutions from their daily work.
To date, nearly 300 ideas have been registered, focusing on simplifying processes, reducing manual operations and improving production and business efficiency.
Many initiatives aim to apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI). Typically, the use of AI to build images and videos to warn of diseases in animal husbandry helps shorten the time to perform a warning from about 5 hours to 30 minutes.
The Excel tool automatically calculates batch division and mixing of powdered goods, helping to reduce processing time and limit errors. AI application solutions in invoice processing, data synthesis and reporting also contribute to improving work efficiency...
In addition to individual initiatives, ABC Vietnam is gradually bringing AI into many activities such as drafting documents, summarizing meeting content, building content and communication videos, converting documents into voice reading, updating legal documents, translating documents, supporting recruitment, drafting emails, analyzing data and automating Excel spreadsheets.
According to businesses' estimates, innovative ideas can help save nearly 1 billion VND in costs and reduce nearly 2,000 working hours for officials, workers, and laborers each year.
Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Hang - Deputy Director of Human Resources of ABC Vietnam Joint Stock Company - said: "The innovation movement is launched to encourage each official and employee to proactively recognize inadequacies in daily work, boldly propose improvement solutions and apply technology to improve work efficiency.
The company not only aims to save time and costs but also builds a habit of continuous innovation, strengthens coordination between departments and promotes the proactive spirit of employees. Suitable ideas will be considered, applied and evaluated for practical effectiveness, creating motivation for the movement to go deeper and deeper.
From initiatives stemming from practice to deploying the overall management system, ABC Vietnam is gradually linking innovation with digital transformation, promoting the role of workers, towards improving productivity, optimizing costs and sustainable development.
