Hung Yen workers apply AI to improve work efficiency
Hung Yen - Applying artificial intelligence (AI) to work, improving science and technology skills for workers, is being focused on by many businesses.
Applying AI to support workers
At EZFashion Co., Ltd., Tien Lu commune, Hung Yen province, the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually being implemented in professional activities, contributing to innovating working methods and improving the operational efficiency of the Trade Union organization.
Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Mai - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of EZFashion Co., Ltd. - said that applying AI to work is to support building propaganda content and transmitting information to union members and workers.
The use of technology tools helps support the content preparation process, save implementation time and diversify communication methods at enterprises.
According to Ms. Mai, in the context that the labor force at enterprises is increasingly in need of rapid access to information, digital transformation opens up more methods for trade union organizations to improve the quality of operations.

Through support tools, Trade Union officials can be more proactive in preparing documents, building content to disseminate policies and laws, and conveying practical information to workers.
Digital transformation and application of science and technology help improve the effectiveness of Trade Union activities, innovate propaganda methods, gather union members, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, thereby promptly protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers" - Ms. Mai said.
To make technology effective, according to Ms. Mai, AI only plays a supporting role, not replacing the responsibility of Trade Union officials in verifying information and protecting workers' rights. Therefore, the application of AI needs to go hand in hand with improving data usage and security skills.
Promoting initiatives, saving costs
Not only applying technology in professional activities, many businesses in Hung Yen also encourage workers to directly participate in innovation, searching for solutions to improve production and business processes.
Over the past time, ABC Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Doan Dao commune, Hung Yen province has actively launched an innovation movement, encouraging officials, workers, and laborers to proactively seek improvement solutions from their daily work. Up to now, nearly 300 ideas have been registered, focusing on simplifying processes, reducing manual operations and improving production and business efficiency.
Many initiatives are aimed at applying technology and AI. Typically, the use of AI to build images and videos warning of diseases in animal husbandry helps shorten the time to perform a warning article from about 5 hours to 30 minutes.
In addition, the Excel tool automatically calculates batch division and mixing of powdered goods, helping to reduce processing time and limit errors. AI application solutions in invoice processing, data synthesis and reporting also contribute to improving work efficiency.

Businesses are gradually bringing AI into many activities such as drafting documents, summarizing meeting content, building content and communication videos, converting documents into voice reading, updating legal documents, translating documents, supporting recruitment, drafting emails, analyzing data and automating Excel spreadsheets.
According to businesses' estimates, innovative ideas can help save nearly 1 billion VND in costs and reduce nearly 2,000 working hours for officials, workers, and laborers each year.
Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Hang - Deputy Director of Human Resources of ABC Vietnam Joint Stock Company - said that the innovation movement was launched to encourage each official and employee to proactively recognize inadequacies in their daily work, and boldly propose solutions to improve and apply technology to improve work efficiency.
