Giving away more than 2,100 cups of milk tea to female union members on the occasion of October 20th

At noon on October 20th, more than 350 male union members of the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise, Lien Huong commune, Lam Dong province directly cooked and distributed more than 2,100 cups of milk tea, organized cultural exchanges and folk games for female union members and workers on Vietnamese Women's Day.

The joyful atmosphere at the factory premises brings moments of exchange and relaxation after working hours. The fact that male union members actively prepare drinks and organize activities for women is a highlight of the program, showing concern and sharing in the collective of workers.

Mr. Nguyen Hoa, Chairman of the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise, said that the program is organized to create a joyful atmosphere on October 20th, and at the same time strengthen the connection between union members and workers in the enterprise.

In addition to activities on the occasion of the holiday, the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise also coordinates with the Board of Directors to implement many programs to care for the lives and health of workers. From the beginning of 2026 to now, the enterprise has organized periodic health check-ups for all workers, and also organized gynecological check-ups for female workers.

Faced with market price fluctuations, each union member is supported with 200,000 VND to share difficulties in daily life. The "Trade Union Meal" program on the occasion of Workers' Month and the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour has a total budget of more than 228 million VND.

The Trade Union also pays attention to union member families by visiting and giving gifts to 100% of union members' children on International Children's Day and rewarding 347 children with high achievements in the 2025–2026 school year.

From activities close to October 20th to regular care programs, the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise contributes to building a united working environment, paying attention to the material, spiritual and health lives of workers.
