Spreading the beauty of ao dai among female union members of Thanh Hoa Trade Union

On October 20th, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, trade union levels in the province actively responded to "Ao Dai Week" launched by the Provincial Labor Federation, contributing to honoring the beauty of Vietnamese Ao Dai and the image of female union members and workers.

Commune and ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under them have propagated and mobilized female union members and workers to wear ao dai during the working days from October 14 to October 20, 2026, in accordance with the working conditions and characteristics of each agency, unit, and enterprise.

Along with response activities, Trade Union levels promote propaganda and introduce the beauty and cultural value of Vietnamese Ao Dai on information channels of the Trade Union organization and social network platforms. Many grassroots trade unions combine Ao Dai wearing activities with organizing meetings, cultural and artistic exchanges and souvenir photos, sharing images of female union members and workers in traditional costumes.

In addition to activities in response to "Ao Dai Week", some units also organized donations and presented ao dai with the message "Giving love" to female workers in difficult circumstances.

Through activities, the Trade Union organization continues to promote its role in propaganda, mobilization and care for the cultural and spiritual life of female union members and workers; spreading the spirit of mutual affection and love, encouraging women to compete in labor, production and work, building happy families, contributing to building the image of dynamic, creative and rich in identity Thanh women.
