Grassroots trade unions in Da Nang practically care for female union members on the occasion of October 20th

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on October 20th said: on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day, the grassroots Trade Union of Da Nang Plastic Co., Ltd. organized visits, congratulations and presented 96 gifts to female union members and workers working at the company.

The activity shows the concern of the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Company's Board of Directors for the material and spiritual life of female workers; and at the same time recognizes the efforts and contributions of women in the process of labor, production and business building.

For female workers, the concern from businesses and trade union organizations is not only in the material value of the gifts but also a source of spiritual encouragement, helping women feel more clearly the respect for their contributions.

Thereby, creating more motivation for female union members to promote their capacity, sense of responsibility, actively participate in labor emulation, contributing to improving work efficiency and building a harmonious and stable working environment.

The presentation of gifts to all 96 female union members also shows the practical and timely concern of the grassroots Trade Union for workers, contributing to consolidating union members' trust in the Trade Union organization, and strengthening the bond between workers and businesses.

Through activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the grassroots Trade Union of Da Nang Plastic Co., Ltd. continues to affirm its role in accompanying, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time contribute to building harmonious labor relations and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
