Warm-hearted Trade Union meal for 210 union members at a tourism business
Lam Dong - The grassroots trade union of a resort organizes a Trade Union Meal with higher quality meals to encourage workers.
On October 24, Mr. Thai Ngoc Son - Chairman of Phu Thuy Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong province) - said that the grassroots Trade Union of Doc Da Phu Hai Trading and Service Joint Stock Company organized a Trade Union Meal for 210 union members working at the enterprise.
Each meal is worth 50,000 VND, with more dishes than regular meals. After meals, each union member also receives additional gifts including cakes and drinks to replenish energy.
Due to the specific nature of resort activities, union members proactively arrange work to participate in the program.
Usually, they are the ones who directly serve and prepare delicious dishes for tourists. On this occasion, the workers themselves enjoy delicious dishes with funds sponsored by the trade union.
The Chairman of Phu Thuy Ward Trade Union came to participate, visit and encourage union members at the program.
Through the Trade Union Meal, the trade union organization wishes to create a warm atmosphere, increase the connection between union members, and at the same time show concern for the material and spiritual life of workers.
The activity also contributes to adding motivation for union members to feel secure in working, attached to businesses, and build harmonious and stable labor relations.
