Lao Cai and Thai Nguyen Trade Unions strengthen connection and innovate operations
Through the program, Lao Cai and Thai Nguyen trade union officials shared effective ways of working in activities to care for workers' lives.
On the afternoon of October 23, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation and the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation organized a program to exchange experiences on trade union organization and activities in the new situation.
This is an opportunity for the two units to share effective ways of doing things, strengthen coordination, improve the quality of activities, and aim to better care for the lives of union members and workers.
At the working session in Lao Cai, in an open, united and responsible atmosphere, leaders of the two Provincial Labor Federations exchanged views on the situation of trade union organization and activities; shared the results in the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Practical experiences in task deployment, trade union organization development and innovation in operating methods were also discussed by the two sides.
Speaking to welcome the working delegation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that strengthening exchanges and learning between local trade union units is of practical significance, creating conditions to share effective models and creative ways of doing things.
At the same time, exchange and remove difficulties in the process of performing tasks.
The Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation wished that through the program, the two units would have more useful experiences, apply them appropriately to actual conditions, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in each locality.
Ms. Do Thi Hien - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation also shared that the program is an opportunity for trade union officials of the two localities to share experiences in organizing and implementing activities, meeting the requirements of innovation in the current period.
The delegation of Thai Nguyen province wishes to learn more about the effective ways of Lao Cai in organizing and managing union members, developing grassroots trade unions, caring for the lives of workers and implementing emulation movements.
At the same time, the two units continue to maintain close relationships, strengthen information exchange, share experiences and replicate models suitable to reality.
