Trade union communication content needs to be changed in a more approachable, lively, emotional and interactive direction. In which, it is necessary to strengthen short videos, infographics, podcasts; livestream dialogues with union members; minigames, online challenges. Along with that, it is necessary to apply AI to personalize content by user group.
Each trade union official needs to be seen as a digital media person, capable of using social networks to spread positive information, orient public opinion and connect union members" - Ms. Quyen emphasized. Presenting a presentation at Workshop Center No. 4, Ms. Nguyen Vinh Hong - Vice President of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union - said that each happy family is a fulcrum for workers to feel secure in sticking with businesses and trade union organizations. Therefore, caring for union member families is not only a social security activity but also an investment in the sustainable development of businesses, industries and the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Ms. Hong proposed to increase resources for models of caring for workers' children, especially in industries that employ many female workers; and at the same time build more communication products on digital platforms to guide parenting skills and educate children in the new context.
