Establishment of the Trade Union of Tan Viet Culture and Education Joint Stock Company
The Trade Union of Tan Viet Culture and Education Joint Stock Company was officially established, creating a platform to represent, care for and protect the rights of workers.
The Trade Union of Tan Viet Culture and Education Joint Stock Company has just held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union and recognize the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of term I, term 2026 - 2030.
This is an important event, marking a new step in the work of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees at enterprises.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le An Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union (CĐCTVN); Ms. Le Thi Duc - Vice President of CĐCTVN, leaders and representatives of the Boards of CĐCTVN.
On the business side, there was Ms. Nguyen Thi Thoa - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company; along with representatives of leaders and 50 delegates representing 138 union members and employees.
Tan Viet Culture and Education Joint Stock Company was established in 2006, operating in the field of publishing, issuing books and developing educational products for children. After nearly 20 years of development, the Company has built a system of more than 20 bookstores in the Northern region, contributing to spreading reading culture in the community. Currently, the Company has 138 employees with an average income of 8 to over 10 million VND/person/month.
Starting from the legitimate aspirations of workers, the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions led by Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Mai actively propagated and mobilized and received the response of a large number of workers. As a result, 138 workers voluntarily wrote applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization, creating an important premise for the establishment of trade union organizations at enterprises.
At the ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Dieu Loan - Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour announced the Decisions to establish grassroots trade unions, recognize the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Company's Trade Union term I, term 2026 - 2030. The Executive Committee term I includes 5 members, the Inspection Committee includes 3 members; Ms. Nguyen Xuan Hong takes on the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Nguyen Xuan Hong affirmed that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of term I will promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, proactively deploy trade union activities, organize emulation movements, well implement the direction of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union, and strive to build a strong trade union organization.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thoa - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company and Mr. Le An Hai - Chairman of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade spoke to direct and orient activities for the newly established trade union organization.
The establishment of the Trade Union of Tan Viet Culture and Education Joint Stock Company not only meets the aspirations of employees but also contributes to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
At the same time, this is also a practical result in the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, contributing to building an increasingly strong Vietnam Trade Union organization.
