Establishing 2 grassroots trade unions in Thai Nguyen

Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a conference to announce the decision to establish grassroots trade unions at Forest Industry and Development Joint Stock Company and Himax TLC Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

Attending the conference were Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of leaders of the two enterprises and a large number of union members and workers.

The two enterprises operate in different fields. In which, Forest Industry and Development Joint Stock Company operates in the field of production and trading of wood chips, exporting to foreign markets such as China, Japan and industries related to clean food.

Himax TLC Vietnam Joint Stock Company provides lifting and crane rental services.

The establishment of trade union organizations in the two units shows concern for gathering workers, gradually building organizations representing the voice and aspirations of workers.

With two newly established grassroots trade unions, the trade union organization continues to have more connection points at enterprises.

From there, contributing to bringing activities to care for and protect legitimate and lawful rights and interests closer to union members and workers. At the same time, promoting the companionship between workers and businesses for the goal of stable and long-term development.
