660 workers in Gia Lai are trained in labor safety
Gia Lai - The grassroots trade union of Minh Du Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. organized labor safety training for about 660 officials, union members and workers.
On October 26, Tuy Phuoc Commune Trade Union (Gia Lai) said that the grassroots Trade Union of Minh Du Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. in coordination with Quy Nhon Labor Safety and Training Co., Ltd. opened a series of training classes on occupational safety and health (ATVSLĐ) for about 660 management officials, safety officials, union members and workers at enterprises.
The training course takes place from October 26 to November 2, for workers in groups 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 as prescribed in Decree 44/2016/ND-CP of the Government. The lecturer directly imparting knowledge is Master Tran Duc Thuan, specializing in Occupational Safety.
The training content is designed to be close to production reality, focusing on the knowledge and skills necessary for each target group.
For management officials and occupational safety and health workers (groups 1, 2), the program focuses on policies and laws on occupational safety and health; management nghiệp vụ, organization of safety work at enterprises; methods of self-inspection and risk identification.
For workers doing jobs with strict occupational safety and health requirements and safety and hygiene personnel (groups 3, 4, 6), the training content includes identifying dangerous and harmful factors at the workplace; operating procedures for safe machinery and equipment; skills in responding to incidents, first aid for labor accidents and operating methods of safety and hygiene personnel at factories and production farms.
Through the training course, workers are updated with knowledge, raise awareness and skills in preventing work accidents and occupational diseases, contributing to building a safe working environment.
At the end of the course, students who meet the requirements through testing and examination will be issued certificates, occupational safety cards and recorded in the training monitoring book according to regulations.
The training class contributes to improving the quality of OSH work at enterprises, and at the same time shows concern for protecting the health and lives of workers.
