Da Nang randomly tests 500 workers for drugs, all negative
Da Nang - Xuan Phu Commune Police coordinated with businesses to inspect drugs for 500 officials and employees, the results were all negative.
On October 22, Xuan Phu Commune Police, Da Nang City, in coordination with the Trade Union of Germton Industrial Co., Ltd. (a 100% Hong Kong-invested enterprise, located in Dong Que Son Industrial Park, Da Nang City) organized a rapid drug inspection for 500 officials and employees working at the enterprise.
As a result, all 500 cases tested were negative for drugs.
The activity aims to proactively prevent the risk of drugs entering the working environment, raise awareness of law compliance and build safe and healthy workplaces.
According to Xuan Phu Commune Police, in addition to strengthening the review and management of the area, the police force focuses on propaganda and warning of tricks to entice drug use, especially among young people, students and workers.
The locality also mobilizes people to proactively detect and denounce violations of the law on drugs; and at the same time care for and support people after detoxification to reintegrate into the community.
In the coming time, Xuan Phu Commune Police will continue to coordinate with businesses, schools and organizations to promote drug prevention from the grassroots level, towards building a safe area without drug evils.
