Ninh Binh Trade Union resolutely implements key tasks in the last months of the year

According to the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), in the first 9 months of 2026, trade union activities and the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the area achieved many positive results, in which some targets were completed and exceeded the annual plan.

As of September 30, 2026, the Provincial Labor Federation directly managed 1,770 grassroots trade unions with 405,204 union members. In 9 months, the whole province newly established 330 grassroots trade unions, admitted 60,682 union members, exceeding the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

The work of caring for union members and workers (NLĐ) continues to be emphasized. Trade union levels have visited and supported 204,417 union members and workers with a total budget of more than 81 billion VND.

Promoting the achieved results, in the last 3 months of 2026, Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation determined that developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions is one of the key tasks.

Accordingly, trade union levels continue to review and update sources of union member development at each enterprise and area; focus on mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions in units with over 100 workers.

At the same time, complete the Project on establishing the Trade Union of industrial parks in the province, continue to arrange the appropriate organizational structure, and improve operational efficiency. Focus on implementing projects to implement breakthroughs according to the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Along with organizational development, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation identifies the important task in the last months of the year as protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Trade union levels are required to strengthen grasping the situation of employment, income, and labor relations at enterprises; promptly participate in resolving labor disputes and collective work stoppages arising.

In particular, the trade union will survey the situation of salaries and Tet bonuses, review union members in difficult circumstances to develop a plan to care for the Dinh Mui Lunar New Year 2027.

At the same time, improve the quality of negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements; urge the organization of employee conferences and periodic dialogues at enterprises.

In addition, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation continues to promote digital transformation through the "Digital People's Education" movement, the "Digital Trade Union Group" model; and continues to train professional skills for trade union officials.

The work of inspecting and supervising the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, financial management, and trade union assets has also been strengthened.

With specific tasks and solutions, Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation strives to complete the targets for 2026, creating a foundation to improve the quality of trade union activities in 2027.
