Khanh Hoa Trade Union focuses on Tet care and union member development

On the afternoon of September 15, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation organized the 5th Conference of the Executive Committee, term I, term 2025-2030, assessing the results of Trade Union activities in the first 9 months of the year and deploying key tasks for the last months of 2026.

More than 47 billion VND to care for workers

Information at the conference, in the first 9 months of 2026, trade union levels in Khanh Hoa province focused on innovating operations, caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers; promoting union member development and digital transformation.

Trade union levels have allocated more than 47 billion VND to support and care for about 92,000 union members and workers. The "Trade Union Meal" program was implemented at 467 grassroots trade unions with 28,236 meals, with a total value of more than 676 million VND.

At the same time, supporting funding for the construction and repair of 151 houses for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, including 117 newly built houses and 34 repaired houses, with a total support amount of 6.8 billion VND.

Propaganda work is implemented in many appropriate forms. Trade union levels simultaneously spread the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", promote digital transformation and apply artificial intelligence in solving work.

Focus on developing union members, taking care of Tet

Sharing at the conference, delegates discussed and reviewed the implementation of targets and tasks in the last months of 2026 and gave opinions on operating methods at grassroots trade unions.

Representatives of the Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation shared about building the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" at the unit.

The Trade Union of Khanh Hoa General Hospital exchanges views on participating in building and implementing grassroots democracy regulations in the unit's operations.

The grassroots trade union of the Central Sub-Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine exchanges views on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in the new development stage.

Meanwhile, the grassroots trade union of Phong Phu Household Textile Joint Stock Company shared experiences in representing, protecting legitimate rights and taking care of the lives of union members and workers.

According to Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, in the last months of the year, trade union levels will focus on implementing solutions to care for and support union members and workers in a timely and practical manner.

The focus is to prepare well for Tet care for union members and workers with the requirement to innovate methods that are closer to union members and closer to businesses.

Promote union member development in parallel with solutions to improve operational efficiency at grassroots trade unions. Thoroughly grasp the spirit of "clear work, clear people, clear time, clear results".

The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested trade unions at all levels to improve the quality of negotiation and collective labor agreements.

Effectively implement emulation and companion movements to ensure the completion of year-end production and business targets, to both improve productivity and increase income, creating substantive changes in workers' lives.
