Akalia Vietnam Shoe Company organizes skills competition, caring for workers in difficult circumstances

On September 30, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots trade union of Akalia Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. had just organized the 2026 Excellent Worker Contest; and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances and launched the Legal Consulting Group.

The contest is organized with the spirit of "Emulating to improve skills - good labor, creative labor - contributing to improving productivity and product quality", creating conditions for direct production workers to show professional skills, exchange, learn and share experiences.

Contestants participate with a serious, confident, and highly determined spirit, showing the skill level of the worker team. Through this, the contest contributes to spreading the movement of vocational training, practicing skills, improving skills, and at the same time discovering and encouraging workers with good skills.

At the program, the Trade Union of Akalia Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. presented gifts to 10 workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to encouraging workers to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and feel secure in their work.

The grassroots trade union also announced the decision and launched a legal advisory group of 10 members. The advisory group has the task of supporting union members and workers to access information and answer questions related to legitimate and lawful rights and interests in labor relations.

The above activities contribute to improving skills, caring for life and strengthening legal knowledge for union members and workers, thereby building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
