Quang Ngai trains officials, creates motivation to innovate trade union activities
Quang Ngai - The Provincial Labor Federation promotes professional development, thoroughly grasps new orientations and promotes digital transformation in grassroots Trade Union activities.
On September 26, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit continues to deploy professional training classes for grassroots trade union officials in the western part of the province.
Participating in the program, Trade Union officials were conveyed important orientations from the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress on building a strong working class and Trade Union organization in the new era, closely linked to the digital transformation thinking of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The training content also delves into core topics on methods of innovating representative activities, caring for and protecting union members' rights; improving the effectiveness of collective bargaining, collective labor agreements; propaganda and emulation, and commendation at the grassroots level.
In particular, the conference guided students on the skills of using operational operating software in Front work, creating a practical stepping stone to promote the application of digital technology throughout the system.
