On September 29, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union coordinated with the Tan Mai Ward Political Center to organize professional training on Trade Union work in 2026 for 80 grassroots trade union officials directly under it.
At the training session, the content focused on trade union work nghiệp vụ; caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; implementing democracy at the grassroots level; building, negotiating and implementing collective labor agreements; managing and using trade union finances.
Through training, grassroots trade union officials are updated with knowledge, exchange issues arising in practice, thereby improving skills in organizing and deploying Trade Union activities at the grassroots level.
The activity contributes to building a team of grassroots trade union officials who are proficient in nghiệp vụ, close to the grassroots level, close to union members, meeting the requirements of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
