News from Que Son Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on September 28 said: The Commune Trade Union coordinated with Xuan Phu Commune People's Committee to organize a conference to propagate, dialogue and advise on social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies for union members and workers at Anh Sang 5 Garment Enterprise Trade Union.

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of Que Son Commune Trade Union, leaders of Xuan Phu Commune People's Committee, representatives of Tan Minh Textile and Garment Trading Co., Ltd., representatives of Thang Binh Social Insurance branch and 145 union members and workers working at Anh Sang 5 Garment Enterprise.

At the conference, representatives of Thang Binh Grassroots Social Insurance propagated, disseminated and exchanged many practical contents directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

Specifically, sickness, maternity, occupational accidents, occupational diseases, pensions, death benefits; the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees in participating in and implementing social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies in accordance with the law.

The dialogue session took place in an atmosphere of openness, frankness and responsibility. Many opinions and questions from union members and workers related to the process of participating in insurance, procedures for resolving regimes, policies and problems arising in practice were directly exchanged and answered specifically by representatives of the social insurance agency.

Thereby helping workers better understand their rights and obligations, raise awareness in participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and feel secure in working, attached to businesses.

Improving legal understanding for union members

Mr. Le Van Trinh - Chairman of Que Son Commune Trade Union said: Propaganda, dialogue and policy advice on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance are one of the practical contents to improve legal understanding for union members and workers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

At the same time, affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

In 2026, Que Son Commune Trade Union was assigned by the Da Nang City Labor Federation to organize 1 legal consultation and dialogue session for union members and workers.

However, in order to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of laws and promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers at enterprises, up to now, Que Son Commune Trade Union has organized 3 legal consulting and dialogue sessions at units including: Grassroots Trade Union of High Fronted High-Class Fashion & Apparatus Import-Export Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Viet Tuong Phat Embroidery Co., Ltd. and Grassroots Trade Union of Anh Sang 5 Garment Enterprise, reaching 300% of the target assigned by the Da Nang City Labor Federation in 2026.

On this occasion, the Que Son Commune Trade Union presented 10 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. These gifts, although not of great value, show the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization, contributing to encouraging union members to overcome difficulties, feel secure in working, producing and sticking with businesses.
