Lai Chau organizes Trade Union Professional Training Conference in 2026
Lai Chau - On September 25, the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) coordinated to organize a professional training conference on Trade Union work in 2026.
In order to improve digital capacity and innovate operating methods for the contingent of officials, the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) in coordination with Viettel Lai Chau organized the 2026 Trade Union Professional Training Conference with the theme: "Application of information technology and artificial intelligence AI in Trade Union activities in 2026".
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Ms. Lo Thi Hang - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized: In the context of strong digital transformation, the application of information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is of particular importance in innovating the content and methods of operation of Trade Union levels.
At the same time, he affirmed that equipping the contingent of trade union officials with timely digital knowledge and skills will be a key key to improving the quality of advisory work, synthesis, innovation of propaganda activities, optimizing management and better serving the interests of union members and workers in the area.

At the conference, IT experts from Viettel Lai Chau directly guided and conveyed many practical contents, closely following the actual needs of Trade Union work in the digital age.

Through the Conference, trade union officials gain more knowledge and skills to proactively apply technology to their daily work, contributing to reducing the time of handling manual work, improving the quality of advice and the effectiveness of trade union activities.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation requested trainees to continue to self-study, self-research and apply the knowledge that has been equipped in practice; and at the same time share experiences and good practices at agencies and units, gradually spreading the spirit of digital transformation in trade union levels.
