Analyze accident situations to prevent risks

At the branch of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Thai Binh, Hung Yen province (abbreviated as Yazaki Thai Binh Company), propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety and prevention and combat of online fraud are organized annually, right at the enterprise.

Mr. Doan Van Nam - Chairman of the Trade Union of Yazaki Thai Binh Company - said that the company currently has more than 4,500 workers and laborers. Every time propaganda is organized, the company assigns workers from departments and divisions to participate in appropriate proportions, ensuring that production activities are not affected.

According to Mr. Nam, trade union officials and members of the Company's Safety Board regularly participate in propaganda programs. For workers and laborers, the list is arranged alternately between periods, limiting duplication so that many people have the opportunity to access information.

Attached to Yazaki Thai Binh Company for 15 years, Ms. Pham Thi Thoa (worker in the production department) - shared: "This is the 6th time I have participated in the propaganda program at the company. At the propaganda session, we watched specific situations leading to traffic accidents, and at the same time analyzed the causes of each incident in detail. Through that, I see that seemingly small mistakes when participating in traffic can also lead to serious consequences. The content shared is very close and practical, helping us raise awareness and proactively prevent risks when participating in traffic.

At Viet Tri Garment Joint Stock Company (Quynh Phu commune, Hung Yen province), the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a communication conference to disseminate laws to workers in 2026.

At the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ba Lam - Head of the Team for Building the Movement to Protect National Security, Staff Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police directly propagated contents on traffic order and safety; security, order and prevention and combat of crimes and social evils; prevention and combat of fraud in cyberspace.

Ms. Pham Thi Thang - Vice President of the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) - said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial LĐLĐ has developed a plan to organize communication and legal dissemination classes for union members, workers, and laborers at enterprises in the province in 2026. The content of propaganda focuses on promptly disseminating the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and regulations directly related to the rights, obligations, and legitimate and lawful interests of union members and laborers.

The Provincial Labor Federation aims to improve legal understanding, awareness of self-discipline in law compliance, and cultural behavior of union members and workers.
