Ninh Binh improves financial inspection skills for trade union officials

At the training session, the speaker of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour conveyed key contents on professional inspection and supervision of trade union organizations according to Regulation No. 01/QD-TLD dated December 30, 2024 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.

The training content focuses on clarifying the scope, subjects, subjects, authority and responsibility in inspection and supervision work; distinguishing inspection and supervision activities; guiding the process of inspecting the observance of the Trade Union Charter, financial and asset inspection, inspection when there are signs of violations and specialized supervision.

In particular, delegates were guided on financial inspection and supervision nghiệp vụ at grassroots trade unions in a practical direction, associated with situations arising during the task implementation process.

Accordingly, trade union officials are equipped with knowledge and skills to conduct an inspection through three stages including preparation, implementation and completion. The inspection content focuses on estimation, finalization, management of financial revenues and expenditures, money, assets, debts, accounting regimes and archiving records.

In addition, delegates were also instructed on developing plans, preparing dossiers, making inspection conclusions and monitoring and urging the implementation of post-inspection recommendations. Also at the training session, delegates exchanged difficulties and obstacles arising in practice.

Through the training session, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation aims to improve professional capacity and professional skills for trade union officials at all levels, ensuring that inspection and supervision work is carried out in accordance with authority and procedures.

At the same time, this activity contributes to strengthening publicity, transparency, preventing violations, improving the efficiency of management and use of trade union finances and assets, ensuring resources to better serve the work of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
