Dai Loc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang propagates insurance policies for workers

On September 26, Dai Loc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City said: Dai Loc Commune Trade Union coordinated with Da Nang City Employment Service Center to organize a conference to propagate and disseminate unemployment insurance policies to more than 100 union members and workers at the grassroots Trade Union of Phu Tuong Garment Co., Ltd.

At the conference, the speaker of the Da Nang City Employment Service Center informed about the basic contents of the Employment Law No. 74/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 374/2025/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Employment Law on unemployment insurance.

In which, focus on clarifying the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers; regulations on participation, preservation and enjoyment of unemployment insurance benefits when employees lose their jobs or terminate labor contracts according to regulations.

The conference also disseminated some contents of the 2019 Labor Code, focusing on regulations related to the conclusion, implementation and termination of labor contracts; rights and obligations of employees and responsibilities of employers.

Through direct propaganda, associated with real-life situations, union members and workers are exchanged, asked questions and answered questions related to unemployment insurance policies and labor laws.

The activity contributes to helping union members and workers proactively grasp legal regulations, understand their rights and responsibilities in labor relations; and at the same time demonstrates the role of the Trade Union in propaganda, dissemination of laws, care for and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
