Hundreds of Trade Union officials in Hue improve their professional skills
HUE - Hundreds of Trade Union officials at all levels are updated with new regulations, professional skills and trade union activities.
On the morning of September 27, the Hue City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a training conference on professional skills and trade union activities for trade union officials in 2026.
At the training session, Mr. Tong Van Bang - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - directly conveyed the topic "Trade Union organization and personnel work in the new situation".

The content focuses on the requirements set for the Trade Union organization after the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union. Changes in the organizational model, operating methods and tasks of the Trade Union in the new situation.
Accordingly, the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, building strong trade union organizations, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers are tasks that trade union officials at all levels pay attention to.

In the program, Trade Union officials also exchanged and discussed trade union work nghiệp vụ, focusing on difficulties and obstacles arising in the process of implementing tasks at the grassroots level.
Next, Mr. Doan Duc Han - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - conveyed and exchanged contents related to the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and new points.

The conference also deployed a thematic topic on union member development, establishment of grassroots trade unions and building a strong trade union organization. These are contents directly related to trade union activities at the grassroots level.
Through the conference, the team of Trade Union officials is updated with necessary knowledge, nghiệp vụ and skills, contributing to unifying awareness and improving the efficiency of task implementation.

The Organizing Committee requests Trade Union officials to continue to study and apply the contents trained in practice. Proactively innovate working methods, improve the quality of activities, especially in developing union members, building grassroots trade unions and caring for and protecting union members and workers.
