Ninh Binh Trade Union improves financial inspection and supervision skills
Ninh Binh - More than 200 trade union officials at all levels are trained in professional skills for inspection, supervision, management, and use of trade union finances and assets in 2026.
On September 28, Ms. Trinh Thi Ly - Chairwoman of SPECTRE Vietnam Garment Technology Co., Ltd. (Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Ninh Binh province) - said: "I have just participated in a training session on inspection and supervision of management and use of trade union finances and assets. Through the training session, I was updated with more necessary knowledge and skills in inspection and supervision, especially in managing and using trade union finances and assets in accordance with regulations".
According to Ms. Ly, professional training also contributes to improving professional knowledge and skills for trade union officials; ensuring that inspection and supervision work is carried out in accordance with authority and procedures, while improving efficiency, publicity and transparency in the management and use of trade union finances and assets.
Previously, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a professional training conference on inspection, supervision, management, and use of trade union finances and assets in 2026 for more than 200 trade union officials at all levels in the old Nam Dinh area.
At the training session, delegates were guided on financial inspection and supervision nghiệp vụ at grassroots trade unions, from developing plans, issuing decisions, receiving and inspecting dossiers and documents to developing conclusions, recommendations and monitoring post-inspection implementation. The training content focuses on skills in auditing estimates and finalization; financial revenue and expenditure; money, assets, and debt management; accounting and dossier storage.
