Ninh Binh female trade union officials with standards in the new era

This is an activity within the 2026 women's work program of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation, aiming to create conditions for female trade union officials to meet, exchange, and access contents about cultural values, people and standards of Vietnamese women in the current period.

In trade union activities, the team of female officials plays an important role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, especially female workers.

In addition to performing professional tasks at agencies, units, and businesses, many female trade union officials also directly participate in activities to care for life, grasp thoughts and aspirations, and support workers in solving difficulties in work and life.

In the context of increasingly changing labor relations and requirements for trade union activities, female trade union officials not only need to have a sense of responsibility and dedication, but also must proactively improve their professional qualifications, organizational skills and adaptability to new requirements.

Therefore, building the image of female trade union officials in the new era needs to be associated with the good traditional qualities of Vietnamese women, while focusing on the spirit of innovation, creativity, bravery and responsibility in performing tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the positive contributions of female trade union officials, female union members and workers to trade union activities and socio-economic development of the locality.

In recent years, promoting the good traditions of Vietnamese women, the team of female trade union officials in Ninh Binh province has always upheld the spirit of responsibility, dedication to work, proactively innovated operating methods, and actively cared for and protected the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, especially female workers.

Emphasizing the requirements set in the period of industrialization, modernization and digital transformation, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Hai Long requested trade union levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of female labor activities; pay practical attention to employment, income, working conditions, health and family life of female workers.

At the same time, proactively coordinate with employers to effectively implement policies for female workers, promote gender equality, build a safe, equal, and humane working environment; so that the Trade Union organization truly becomes a reliable support for female union members and workers.

At the conference, delegates were informed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang about the topic "Collected cultural values, people and standards of Vietnamese women in the new era".
