Female workers in Phu Tho share how to keep the family fire burning

Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a seminar and meeting with female trade union officials in industrial parks on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2026) and the 16th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 2010 - October 20, 2026).

Attending the program were Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of units, businesses and 200 grassroots trade union officials, and outstanding female trade union officials.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Khong Son Thanh emphasized that in the industrial environment, the pressure of progress and the shift work schedule, female Trade Union officials must take on many roles.

The women both completed their professional work, represented and protected the legitimate and lawful rights of workers, and took care of their families.

These persistent efforts contribute to connecting workers with businesses, building harmonious and stable labor relations.

The highlight of the program is a seminar with the theme "Female Trade Union officials - Good at business - Stable in Trade Union work - Keeping the fire of happiness".

Here, delegates shared real stories in the process of working, caring for the lives of union members and building family happiness.

In addition to work at enterprises and trade union activities, delegates also mentioned the pressure of women when returning home after work.

Balancing time to take care of children, build a family and spend time for oneself are issues that many women are interested in.

The exchange and handling of real-life situations attracted the participation of delegates.

Questions about how to support female workers facing psychological stress due to overtime, or solutions to encourage men to share housework, creating an open exchange atmosphere.

Through the program, Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation recognizes the contributions of female trade union officials, and at the same time creates opportunities for women to exchange, share experiences and support each other in work as well as life.

The activity contributes to affirming the role of female Trade Union officials in protecting workers' rights, building harmonious labor relations and caring for family life.

Thereby, adding motivation for women to continue to promote their abilities, maintain happiness and contribute to the development of businesses and trade union organizations.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 160 gifts to female Trade Union officials who have been attached to and achieved outstanding achievements in the women's movement for many years. The activity shows recognition for the contributions of female Trade Union officials in industrial parks in the province.
