150 workers and laborers in Phu Tho receive legal advice and dissemination
Phu Tho - The legal propaganda program in Lac Son helps union members and workers improve their understanding and protect their legitimate rights.
On the evening of October 17, the Labor Counseling and Support Center and Lac Son Commune Trade Union coordinated to organize a program to propagate and disseminate knowledge and laws combined with cultural exchange among union members and workers in 2026 at Futech Lac Son Electronics Co., Ltd.
The program has the participation of 150 union members, workers and representatives of trade union organizations, local authorities and businesses.
The content focuses on disseminating the basic regulations of the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Employment Law, 2024 Social Insurance Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health and Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots level. Resolutions of the new term trade union congresses are also integrated for propaganda.
With the form of stage performance, legal knowledge competition between 3 teams and Q&A with the audience, the program helps legal regulations become close, easy to understand, and easy to remember. Through this, workers raise awareness of law compliance, proactively learn and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
In addition, art performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the working class and the Trade Union organization contributed to creating a joyful atmosphere and strengthening cohesion.
