Workers in Phu Tho excitedly learn about labor law
Phu Tho - More than 200 workers in Hoa Binh ward participate in labor law propaganda and cultural exchange.
On the afternoon of October 24, at R Vietnam Lens Co., Ltd., Hoa Binh ward, the propaganda program, dissemination of laws and cultural exchange for union members and workers in 2026 attracted more than 200 workers to participate.
The program is organized by the Center for Workers' Counseling and Support in coordination with the company's Trade Union, aiming to bring the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State closer to workers in vivid, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-remember forms.
At the program, workers learned about practical contents of the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Employment Law, 2024 Social Insurance Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health and Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots level.
With careful preparation, all 3 team members of the company answered correctly 20/20 questions in the knowledge test. In addition to the questions from the organizers, the company's Trade Union also raised many sub-questions directly related to the rights and production activities of workers, creating a lively exchange atmosphere.
Through the program, employees gain more knowledge about rights and obligations and raise awareness of law compliance. The activity also creates a useful playground, strengthens the connection between employees and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at the unit.
