Dong Thap Trade Union improves communication efficiency on digital platforms

On the morning of October 21, the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a training conference on digital trade union communication in a direct combined online form. The direct bridge point is located at the LĐLĐ provincial hall, located in My Tho ward and the online bridge point is at the LĐLĐ provincial (old) headquarters, located in Cao Lanh ward.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Thuy Trang - Vice President of Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized the requirement to innovate and improve the quality of Trade Union communication in the context of digital transformation. Equipping skills in writing news, taking photos and managing content on online platforms will help Trade Union officials proactively propagate activities, and bring information to union members and workers more promptly and practically.

At the conference, speakers guided two main topics, including skills in writing news and taking photos to serve Trade Union communication work; skills in building, editing and managing content on fanpages, and communication skills in the digital environment.

Delegates also exchanged and shared experiences, and raised difficulties and obstacles in the process of propagating Trade Union activities at the grassroots level.

Through training, the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation aims to improve communication efficiency, strengthen the application of digital technology, diversify forms of propaganda and improve interaction capabilities on online platforms. Thereby, contributing to spreading positive information about Trade Union activities, helping union members, workers, and laborers to access more conveniently the guidelines, policies and programs to care for and protect the rights of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
