On October 26th, the Trade Union of Quy Nhon Bac Ward (Gia Lai province) announced the decision to establish 4 grassroots Trade Unions, newly admitting 93 union members; organizing professional training on grassroots Trade Union work in 2026.
4 units were established including: Grassroots Trade Union of Hoang Ha Fire Prevention and Fighting Company, FIBONAX Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company, D'SAGO Transport Joint Stock Company and Vien Thuan Phat 3 Trading Co., Ltd.
The establishment of 4 grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the network of trade union organizations, creating conditions for workers to participate in representative organizations. At the same time, improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Within the framework of the program, Quy Nhon Bac Ward Trade Union organized professional training on grassroots Trade Union work in 2026 with topics related to practice at enterprises, including "Trade Unions participating in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises" and "Grassroots Trade Union financial work".
Through training, grassroots trade union officials are updated with knowledge and improved skills in performing tasks related to labor relations and trade union financial management.
