Charming Beauty Queen of University Medical Hospital - Hoang Anh Gia Lai revealed

On October 18, the grassroots Trade Union of Hoang Anh Gia Lai University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (under Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union, Gia Lai) announced that it had organized the final night of the "Charming Hospital of Hoang Anh Gia Lai University of Medicine and Pharmacy 2026" contest, to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.

With the theme "Confidence - Courage - Compassion", the contest gathers 15 contestants competing through 4 parts: Traditional Ao Dai performance, talent, self-selected costume performance and Q&A.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Loan - Chairwoman of the Hospital's Grassroots Trade Union, Head of the Organizing Committee - said that the contest aims to honor the beauty, talent, intelligence and compassion of female medical staff; create a healthy cultural playground, strengthen solidarity and encourage union members and workers to successfully complete their professional tasks.

Ms. Truong Thi My Le - Chairwoman of Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union - emphasized that the beauty of women in the medical industry is not only reflected in their demeanor but also shines in medical ethics, compassion and silent contributions to people's health.

On stage, the contestants are graceful in traditional ao dai, confidently performing their chosen costumes and showing their talent through many performances such as singing, dancing, dancing, playing musical instruments and performing arts. The competitions are elaborately prepared, showing the dynamism and creativity of female medical staff in addition to their stressful professional work.

Notably, the Q&A session focused on practical issues such as medical ethics, communication culture with patients, professional responsibility, balance between work and family, digital transformation in healthcare. Through reasoning and presenting views, the contestants showed knowledge, confidence and the spirit of responsibility of medical professionals.

As a result, contestant Luong Doan Thanh Thanh - belonging to Administrative Trade Union Group 1 - won the title of Miss contest. The title of 1st Runner-up belonged to contestant Mai Hoai Minh - Administrative Trade Union Group 2; 2nd Runner-up belonged to contestant Dinh Minh Hang - Laboratory Faculty Trade Union Group.

The Organizing Committee also awarded 5 sub-prizes including: Miss Ao Dai, Person with the most beautiful self-selected outfit, Miss Talent, Miss Behavior and Miss Most Favorite.

The contest contributes to enriching spiritual life, strengthening the connection between departments and divisions, and at the same time affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the lives of union members and workers.
