Da Nang Trade Union establishes 2 more grassroots trade unions in Dong Que Son Industrial Park

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on October 25th said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation organized the announcement of the decision to establish 2 grassroots trade unions in Dong Que Son Industrial Park, admitting 30 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

At the conference, representatives of the City Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of An Thinh Quang Nam Joint Stock Company and the grassroots Trade Union of Bien Dong Quang Nam Production and Trading Joint Stock Company.

At the same time, announcing the decision to admit 30 employees from two enterprises as trade union members and recognizing the Executive Committee of each grassroots trade union consisting of 3 comrades.

An Thinh Quang Nam Joint Stock Company operates in the field of construction investment and technical infrastructure of Dong Que Son Industrial Park. Bien Dong Quang Nam Joint Stock Company operates in the field of producing mineral water, bottled purified water, washing and cleaning textile products.

The establishment of 2 more grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization at enterprises, creating conditions for workers to gather, protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, and at the same time promote the role of the Trade Union organization in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

Identifying developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions as the key tasks for 2026, the Da Nang City Labor Federation is focusing on implementing solutions to mobilize workers to join the Trade Union organization, consolidate the organization at enterprises, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
