Da Nang Trade Union establishes new grassroots Trade Union, admits 185 union members

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on October 15th said: at Da Nang High-Tech Park, the City Labor Federation organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd.

At the conference, the organizing committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation on admitting 185 employees of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. to the Trade Union organization; the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. and appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.

Speaking to direct the conference, Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the City Labor Federation welcomed 185 workers to join the Trade Union organization and congratulated the establishment of the grassroots trade union.

Ms. Huong requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. to soon stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinate with businesses to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. is the result of the concern and coordination of the enterprise and the efforts of the Trade Union organization in innovating propaganda and mobilization methods, bringing the Trade Union organization closer to employees, contributing to expanding the Trade Union organization in the enterprise.

On this occasion, the Da Nang City Labor Federation presented 10 gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances, showing the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with workers.
