News from Hai Van Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on October 25th said: Hai Van Ward Trade Union organized the announcement of the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Prima Solutions Co., Ltd.

At the conference, the Hai Van Ward Trade Union announced the decision of the City Labor Federation on the establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Prima Solutions Co., Ltd.; Mr. Le Quang Hoa was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Prima Solutions Co., Ltd.

Previously, Hai Van Ward Trade Union also announced the decision to establish the grassroots trade union, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of AS Production and Trading Co., Ltd., Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Phuong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union of AS Production and Trading Co., Ltd.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to expanding the network of trade union organizations at enterprises but also creates a foundation to promote the representative role of workers right at the workplace.

Through the Trade Union organization, workers have the conditions to reflect their thoughts and aspirations, participate in dialogues, supervise the implementation of regimes and policies, and coordinate in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

For newly established grassroots trade unions, the task is to soon consolidate the organization, build operating regulations, grasp the employment situation, income and living standards of union members and workers; and at the same time coordinate with employers to implement practical care activities, launch labor production emulation movements, and build a safe and united working environment.

In the coming time, Hai Van Ward Trade Union will continue to promote propaganda and mobilize workers to join the Trade Union organization, guide newly established grassroots trade unions to gradually stabilize operations, improve the quality of representatives and care for union members.
