Trade union of TMS Group Joint Stock Company officially established
The Trade Union of TMS Group Joint Stock Company was established with an Executive Committee of 7 members, expanding opportunities to care for and protect the rights of workers.
As part of the peak period of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Industry and Trade (VGCL), on October 23, in Quy Nhon (Gia Lai), TMS Group Joint Stock Company solemnly organized the Congress to establish the first grassroots trade union, term 2026 - 2030.
Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Le An Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Ms. Le Thi Duc - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, along with leaders and representatives of professional departments. On the business side, there was Mr. Khong Van Hung, Deputy General Director of TMS Group Joint Stock Company, and 50 delegates representing the entire company's employees.
Stemming from the practical needs and aspirations of workers, the Steering Committee for the establishment of grassroots trade unions actively propagated and mobilized and received strong response. As a result, workers at the company voluntarily wrote applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
With a spirit of democracy and high responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union term I, term 2026 - 2030, consisting of 7 members. Representatives of the new term Executive Committee spoke to receive the task, committed to consolidating the organization, promoting the spirit of solidarity, effectively organizing emulation movements and contributing to the company's successful implementation of production and business tasks.
Speaking to direct, Mr. Le An Hai, Chairman of CĐCTVN, congratulated the Trade Union of TMS Group Joint Stock Company, and emphasized the role of representing, dialoguing and protecting the legitimate rights of workers. The Chairman of CĐCTVN affirmed that the entry of the Trade Union of TMS Group Joint Stock Company into the large system with nearly 500 grassroots trade unions will bring many opportunities for connection, training and enjoying union member welfare programs, contributing to supporting sustainable business development.
It is known that TMS Group Joint Stock Company was established in 2017, is a multi-industry enterprise operating in the fields of investment, urban development, resort tourism, commerce and services. Currently, the company is creating jobs for 144 workers with an average income of over 8 million VND/person/month.
