Grassroots trade unions in Dak Lak contribute to protecting health from safe meals

On October 25th, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Baby Care and Education Co., Ltd. in coordination with Tuy Hoa Ward Health Station organized training and propaganda on food safety knowledge in 2026 for teachers and catering staff of the unit.

The training class equips practical knowledge about legal regulations, processing and preservation of food, how to prevent food poisoning and foodborne diseases.

Through the program, officials, teachers and staff have improved their awareness and sense of responsibility in ensuring food safety.

From the stage of selecting ingredients, preliminary processing, processing to preserving and serving meals, everyone needs to follow the correct procedures, be careful in each stage, contributing to ensuring safe and nutritious meals for children.

Through this practical activity, the grassroots trade union of Baby Education Care Co., Ltd. continues to promote its role in accompanying employers in taking care of children's health, ensuring safety for children and improving the quality of care and education at the grassroots level.
