Lao Cai Trade Union encourages female workers to emulate and successfully complete tasks

To celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2026) and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the grassroots Trade Union of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation organized a meeting with female officials, union members, and workers, recognizing the contributions of women in work and building happy families.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women, affirming the role and contributions of women in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland as well as in family and social life.

Currently, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation has 19 female officials, civil servants, and employees. In recent years, the team of female officials has always promoted the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity; actively studying, improving professional qualifications, and completing assigned tasks well.

Many women directly advise and organize trade union activities, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Vu Cao Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of female officials, union members, and workers.

At the same time, he wished women to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, innovation, creativity, improve the quality of work and build happy families.

Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union affirmed that it will continue to pay attention to implementing regimes and policies for female workers, creating conditions for women to develop their abilities, ensure equality in work and actively participate in agency activities.

Emulation movements such as "Good at state affairs, good at housework" continue to be responded to by female officials and union members, contributing to arousing the spirit of labor emulation, creativity, and building increasingly strong trade union organizations and agencies.
