Supporting 60 million VND to build "Trade Union Homes" for union members in Lao Cai
Lao Cai - Mr. Luong Quy Tu's family has just had a spacious place to live after receiving 60 million VND in housing construction support from trade union resources.
Mr. Luong Quy Tu's family has 5 members, including his elderly mother who is often sick, and two young children who are of school age.
Previously, when economic conditions were still difficult, the family had to live in a cramped rented room, without the conditions to build a stable roof.
The worry about housing is always a burden for the family, especially when living expenses, taking care of the elderly mother and raising children to study are increasing.

Understanding that situation, Cam Duong Ward Trade Union proactively connected with the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union to mobilize resources to support union members.
From the support of 60 million VND from the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union and the accumulated funds of the family, a level 4 house with an area of 100m2, total value of over 500 million VND has been completed.
From now on, Mr. Tu's family has a more stable and spacious place to live, gradually improving living conditions and confidently building a life.

Financial support for housing construction is not only of material significance but also a timely sharing and encouragement from the trade union organization to union members in difficult circumstances.
New homes help workers reduce worries about settling down, have more support to stick with work and take care of their families.
