Spreading love to female workers in Lao Cai industrial parks

Attending the seminar were Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Authority, Trade Union Affairs Committee, and representatives of grassroots trade unions and officials in charge of women's affairs.

At the program, delegates reviewed the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women, and acknowledged the contributions of female union members, workers, and laborers in production, business, and socio-economic development activities.

Delegates also shared experiences and effective models in organizing emulation movements, caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of female workers.

In the new context, female labor activities are identified as needing to continue to innovate content and methods, strongly focusing on grassroots levels and taking female union members and workers as the center.

Trade union levels need to proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of women; pay attention to implementing regimes and policies for female workers; create conditions for female workers to improve their professional qualifications and skills, promote their abilities in work and build happy families.

The highlight of the program is the activity of donating 110 ao dai sets to female union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances.

The Ao Dai outfits contribute to spreading the "Ao Dai of Love" program, showing the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization, and at the same time bringing joy to women on the occasion of October 20th.

The organizing committee also presented flowers and gifts to congratulate female union members and workers; launched a emulation movement, encouraging women to actively study and be creative.

Thereby, contributing to improving productivity, work quality and building sustainable business development.
