Thai Nguyen Labor Federation organizes contest for talented and graceful female trade union officials

The Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a program to meet female trade union officials and the "Talented and graceful female trade union officials" contest for industrial parks in the South of Thai Nguyen province in 2026.

Attending the program were Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thai - Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation, business leaders, officials, and union members of industrial parks in the South of Thai Nguyen province.

At the program, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized a meeting with female trade union officials, creating an atmosphere of exchange, connection and honoring the positive contributions of female trade union officials in activities to care for and protect the rights and interests of workers.

The highlight of the program is the "Talented and graceful female trade union official" contest with the participation of 16 contestants from grassroots trade unions in industrial parks in the South of Thai Nguyen province.

The contestants confidently showed their talent, charm and bravery through 3 competition sections: Greeting - Aptitude - Performance of self-selected costumes.

Unique, creative, and emotional performances brought a lively and attractive atmosphere, leaving many beautiful impressions in the hearts of delegates and audiences.

At the end of the contest, the first prize belonged to Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nhi - Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd., Yen Binh Industrial Park.

Two second prizes belonged to Ms. Duong Thi Ha - DBG Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd., Yen Binh Industrial Park; Nguyen Thi Quynh - Dasen Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd., Diem Thuy Industrial Park.

The organizing committee also awarded 3 third prizes, 10 consolation prizes, and 3 impressive consolation prizes to female union members.

The contest is not only a useful playground, creating opportunities for female trade union officials to exchange, learn, and show their talents, but also an opportunity to honor the intelligence, bravery, dynamism, and creativity of women in the new era.

From there, contributing to strengthening solidarity and attachment between grassroots trade unions, spreading the spirit of enthusiasm in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.
